The Beginning
After two members of the team (Susana and Luisa) had seen Alicia Keys in concert and had spoken and interacted with her in a Meet and Greet,
they were so impressed with it, that they decided to start a blog.
This blog was never started, because immediately after another member(Pedro) joined and decided to begin working on the design of the site.
After he finished the design, Paulo joined also the adventure, and thus was born Alicia 4 Life (preivously, Keys 4 Life).

Why “Alicia 4 Life”?
Our goal was to create a very informative and interactive site, a very complete and meaningful site, and for that we needed a very appealing name. Several names came across our minds, but there was only one really meaningful – Alicia 4 Life.

Special Thanks
We would like to thank some people that helped us everytime we needed: Devin, Ryvos and Tope. We also would like to thank to the team of our host (Oranges Are Cool) as to the team of the previous host (Fanfilled).

The Future
In the future we want to improve the site in order to create a big and united community of national and internacional fans, because the music has it’s own language and there aren’t boundaries.
